no, you wouldn't get drafted, however if you are healthy enough otherwise they do have a "fat" boot camp that you can go through to lose weight before the real boot camp.

If there ever is conscription you won't be drafted with morbid obesity. It's considered to be a disqualifying condition. At first you might be classified Class 3-T (temporarily disqualified). After a couple of trips for follow-up physicals (with no big loss of weight) you'll probably be referred to psychiatry, diagnosed with Adler Compulsive Eater Syndrome, and made Class 4-F.

Back in the day, you could be drafted, but you would fail the entrance physical.
