Frankly, most university admissions officers aren't terribly excited about job experience. To the degree that it has any meaning, something which leads to a better understanding of the field a student is going into (for example, a pre-med student doing work in a hospital, or a film major having worked on a film crew) might have a stronger impact, but it is not usually a major factor in admissions.
