You didnt list the years for either vehical but it really doesnt matter, I think the M3's look awsome. I really like the way they look. I think the preludes are ok but I think they look like more of a chick car (no offense to any men that happen to own one) M3 hands down.

Definately BMW. durabilty,reliability and.Safety standard is very high.Has a class of its own.
stays along with time and for all ages.
nice in many ways.
Honda prelude changes models and looks too often and only youngsters are after it.

BMW aw some lot of money if it brakes expensive to fix Honda OK fun and easy to mod out and cheaper

Preludes are horrible. They are sluggish, heavy, weird styling, bad engines, and are rice burners. m3's are better looking..period..regardless of e46 or e36.
