Your question cannot be answered accurately without first knowing what the perimeters of the services would be.

For example - how big is your home that you want cleaned. How many people reside within this home, are there any indoor pets that shed. Do you have a lot of little things that require dusting, do you want bed linens replaced, what tasks do you want done? Ect..............

Another thing to consider is weather or not the person you are hiring is legitimately operating a business or are they doing the work under the table? Legitimately operating a business is costly due to the insurances needed to protect both the cleaner and the homeowner.

Your price is determined by the company you choose. I had a company that charged a higher price for the first two cleanings at twice a week at $125 and future cleanings each two weeks were at $110. They did a thorough job with three people each visit. I was more than pleased with their job and would use them again. We have since moved to a new state and are building a new home so I have to look for a service that is equally as good. Your price is determined by the number of visits and the quality you wish for. Check around and find the right service for you. I will say that friends that have chosen independents have had the most trouble so my advice is to pick a licensed service that works for you.
