It could. My son got "stuck" when I was in labor. He was making great progress, then couldn't go any farther and they had to go to great lengths to get him out. Along the way his heartbeat dropped and he was born not breathing. He had to stay in the NICU for three days. He's fine now, but my doctor told me that it was caused by a lot of things - a small birth canal, a tilted uterus, and the fact that he just had a big head. I'm not trying to scare you, I know that's the last thing you need right now. But it's better to be prepared just in case, right? If it's only a slight tilt and that's the only problem, I doubt it will cause any issues with your baby's birth. Good luck, and congratulations!

I have a tilted uterus and have had 2 children. When you are carrying the baby the uterus will end up not tilted. You will have no probs. If you are worried ask your doc.

you should be fine.....the only reason to worry would be if it was tilted enough to be sitting on something that can hurt..ie...a nerve, muscle, backbone......
