The United States should assist africa in being more self sustaining. And help stop the civil wars and islamic terrorism that have been problems in Africa. Also help with water technology. Yes the United States should also help with public health assistance to sub-saharan africa. But should try to avoid the problems of the past, where the help only causes more problems.

Why can't they help themselves? Why is the U.S. always the one that has to save eveybody, and then we do, and then everybody hates us and wants to kill us. We donate more oney than all of the other countries combined.
