My guesses are:
Lupin, Slughorn, Voldemort, Snape and Ginny.

Lupin - because Greyback might have a personal vendetta against him for trying to recruit werewolves for the Order

Slughorn - because he shared the Horcrux memory with Voldemort (If Voldemort finds out that Harry is searching for Horcruxes, then Harry will certainly be in a lot of danger!)

Voldemort - because he's a super-villian who wants to rule the world and there's no way to have a satisfying ending if the super-fillian lives (think Star Wars and Lord of the Rings)

Snape - I think he'll do anything to kill Voldemort, including sacrificing himself to help Harry do the job (since Snape knows he can't be the one to do it - which is why he hates Harry so much)

Ginny - I had a bad feeling about her mortality when she showed up as Harry's love interest in HBP... I'm going with my initial gut feeling on this guess. And, JKR said that Ginny will play a role in HBP, and her absence from the covers means, to me, that she might have been kidnapped.

I think Harry will finally kill Voldemort, but as far as major characters that are killed, I just can't speculate. When JK Rowling killed off Dumbledore, I realized that she is willing to kill anyone, so that could mean Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Neville, Mr or Mrs Weasley, Snape, etc. We will know very soon won't we.

Rowling has said that there will definitely be two people that die in the last book. Now whether she is including Voldemort or not I dunno. Which, yes, he will die. I agree with the person above, it just wouldn't be a satisfying ending. Plus, this DID start out as a children's book you know....Scholastic anyone?

I somehow think that Neville will play a larger role in the final book. He MIGHT die, but I hope not. :) He might finally prove to everyone what he can really do and aid Harry.

I think Snape is going to die. He'll probably die saving Harry or something totally unexpected and his death will finally convince everyone that he's not really evil.

As for others that might kick the bucket...I'm not so sure

WTH i dont think of so! i advise snape became continuously advise to harry and why the hell Ron will kill Harry?? i recognize he's slightly jelous and stuff, yet he's a real pal and could supply his existence away for harry! properly, it may happen that there is a few form of accident and he accidently shoots harry, yet i dont truly think of it truly is available. Harry is the main Hero of the radical, why would he die? yet then something is available.

Harry. If he doesn`t die, there will be no real ending because everyone will wonder what happened to him.
