Stan is the obsessive fan of Eminem who had a pregnant girlfriend. He got royally angry because Em wouldn't respond to his fan mail, so he committed murder-suicide upon his girlfriend and himself by driving off a bridge. (In the video, the girlfriend survives, but I think she miscarried as a result of the accident.)
