It's not, but the choice to use the drug of your choice is. That's why we created laws to control the usage. Weed is legal, all you need is a tax stamp from the government and a sample of your product to prove you are indeed applying for the intent of growing and distributing your product. The problem, without the tax stamp in your possession, you broke the law by applying with weed in hand because you didn't have the tax stamp first. One other little problem, the government has never issued a one. Check out the history channel's series, Hooked on illegal drugs and how they got that way. The first drug laws in this country were passed in San Francisco. They were directly aimed against the Chinese using opium, if you were Chinese, it was illegal to use opium. If you were white, it was still OK. The same thing was done in Mississippi with cocaine except it was aimed against blacks. Fear and demonization is what got laws passed, not the legality of the laws.

Actually abortion is illegal in the constitution as originally written. Also abortion is not a legal choice. If my neighbor's doctor told her her arthritis would be better if she were to pick up a gun and kill me that does not give her the right to do it. Abortion is no less than mrdr a one month old baby. By the pro deatth lobby all mrdr should be legal since mrdr is against most major religions and the gov't should not impose someone's religious beliefs on others.

Abortion IS NOT a constitutional right! Matter of fact it's not mentioned anywhere in the constitution..... What I find interesting is the same people who fight for Animal rights and are supposed to be the biggest Humanitarian activists are the same people who think it's o.k. to have an abortion. The Irony of this subject is amazing.... Oh and they also think legalized drugs are fine as well. It's o.k. to kill a human but don't touch that poor furry animal who would kill you if it gets the chance... You can always dull the pain with a hit off the Ganja....

Having an abortion is not a constitutional right. If you're going to talk about an issue, you really ought to educate yourself on it.

Abortion is a medical procedure, and the government is not empowered to interfere in a private citizen's personal medical choices.

It is a penumbra of the first amendment.

Drug use is not even related to abortion, unless you are encouraging women to do drugs while pregnant, in which case I'd wonder what your problem with abortion is in the first place.
