i think so.. i think it would be a good idea, and perhaps they were meant for each other. on the other hand maybe not because i don't think it would be possible for the tallest man in the world to have kids with the shortest woman because she could not possibly have his baby.

No, I don't. I considered this in the story of Rubeus Hagrid's parentage in the Harry Potter series. Clearly, when he asked Madame Maxime, who is also half-giant, which was the giant, her mother or her father, he was asking a rhetorical question. A human mother could not carry a half-giant infant to term, or even to viability. But Hagrid's story is an extreme: apparently his mother was a giant and his father a midget. Now consider in your mind how they made love. Did he tie a rope around his legs and make like a tampon? He would suffocate.

The tallest woman and the shortest man may not be quite to that extreme, but it would be impractical at best, and perhaps impossible. And the reverse? Well, some of us have felt like that occasionally, and we are told Catherine the Great experimented with horses, but really, let's leave well enough alone, shall we?
