I went iceskating on my birthday when I was younger, it was alot of fun. We had a big party there and I invited friends from school.

1-if you want to have your party around the time of your birthday then you're obviously thinking about this too late to do much of anything.
2-I didn't do anything for my 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th birthday, so quit whining.

Your at a good age for a sleepover party but I would not stop there I would have a friend who is good at makeup do makeovers and another thats good at hairstyles do hair makeovers.Go to a dollar store and buy travel cases and fill then with tiny makeup and hair supplies.
