I imagine you've seen Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, and the Space Needle. If you want to see a couple beautiful places, I have a couple suggestions you probably didn't see. I've been around the world, and there's no place more beautiful than driving along Lake Washington Blvd. All the way to Seward Park. ( Especially if it's a sunny day.!!) Also in West Seattle, Alki Beach !! And be sure to stop at "Spuds" for the best fish 'n chips you've ever tasted. Those two spots could keep you busy for 1 day each. Don't forget your camera!! And did you check out downtown Seattle? Lots of steep hills, and good shopping! And good places to eat too. I hope you have a great time!! :) -L

Try taking a day trip to Anacortes and Whidbey Island.

Feed the seagulls and have coffee on Alki beach.

Pack a picnic, find a park you have never been to and just go. It is a bit touristy, but I like Snoqualime Falls too much.

Eat dinner at the Kabul Afghan Resturant. Some of the best food I've ever eaten in the US. (http://www.kabulrestaurant.com/)

I always enjoy eating a late night dinner at the Space Needle. Take a reservation slot as late as night as you can. The tourists will have gone home, it is very quiet and beautiful at that time.

When exactly are you going. Next weekend July 20, 21, 22 the Bite of Seattle is going on at the Seattle Center. Lots of good food, music and people and it's free. There is a website (bite of seattle) that lists all the restaurants participating and it gives the music line up. I wouldn't consider it "touristy". It's a local thing and really quite cool..

The EMP museum is pretty cool. There's a really good sushi place just north of the Pike St Market. Depending on the kind of music you like there are many small music clubs and bars that have local bands, but there are too many to mention in this space. There's also a cool market in Chinatown.
