telling me im a coward that i dont want to fight with him i did tell him to hit me inside the store and we dont need to go outside he dint even lay a hand on me. the next day after he dint said anything when i see him but today morning i have to pee really badly and i ask my friend to take care the cashier then the guy bout walk inside the store and i dint see him and after i get outa bathroom he saw me and he dint said anything and so i dint said anything either after he left my friend tell me that the guy said " now he see me and he ran off " i was pissed when i heard that this guy just acting like tough behind my back but he being piece of **** when i confront him what should i do if he bother me gain?? he did ask me to go outside and fight but i cant because i got lot customer waitin in line and im sorry for the long questions i appriciate if u guys give me some advice.. thx

Look, it's not worth your job to actually fight with this moron. What you need to do is to call the police and have a restraining order placed on him by the store. This will allow him to get no closer than 500 feet of the store. It's very simple. Just call the police and tell them what this guy is up to. He is actually assaulting you with what he is doing and if he actually hits you, then he is committing battery. Even this moron doesn't want to go to jail, but if he does, better yet! Good luck.

Talk to your manager and bar the problem man from entering the store. Next time you see him, simply order him out of the store. If he makes a scene, call the police. The police will tell him not to trespass the first time they see him. If he continues in his behavior (meaning if he comes back), they will arrest him.
No one should have to put up with that kind of stuff. End it.

dont go outside that's just reducing yourself to his level theres no need for that anywhere. You could accutaly get fired for fighting infront of the store because you would be setting a bad example of store employees. Just brush it off

Go to the ar hire the biggest guy in their to come to work with you and act like he is your boyfriend. then when the jerk comes in and he sees something standing next to you the guy you hired will step up and defend you.
