How about this in continuance with my last question?

Please read my last question to get a better idea of why I pose this question in turn. MY THEORY: Yes, we are animals, just like all the others. However, I like to think that humans have the very crucial gift of higher intelligence in order to be that very species that takes care of of earth and all of it's inhabitants. We weren't given higher intelligence for no reason. Do you have any theories as to why we are the only species in the animal kingdom with the intelligence to build cities among all of the other things we can accomplish that they cannot. P.S. If I am right, then we are failing miserably.

Tool set or not, we are responsible for maintaining the earth--after all, it's our home.
Our cities are marvels but also pits of misery for many.
I don't think we are meant to live in crowded conditions.
Cities and their demands cause tthe rapid destruction of the earth, instead of harmony with it. We should be using our intelligence to change culture to a wiser and more benign system.

We have higher intelligence because we are the only species that has the tool set and ability to use it.
Think about how many species of animal would even be capable of holding on to a hammer, or holding two sticks and rubbing them together to make fire? How about carving a stone into a blade or throwing a spear? We are basically the only species that would be physically capable of doing these things. Our so called higher intelligence is simply the result of humans learning all the different ways to use what we have over thousands of years.

Intelligence is a curse. Look at the image of your avatar. Decide if you consider yourself intelligence and see the result. Do you look happy and content? Do you look otherwise as an intelligent person.

wow, i have to say thats a pretty good therie. dont just think about the bad things people are doing to animals! Think about all of the people who devote their life to saveing animals. god blessed us with high intellegence for a reason and woudent do somthing like that if he knew were gonna let him down!
