I did.
About the day I got my license, took the car to the mall on my own for the first time, and creased the passenger door by cutting too close when I pulled into a parking spot. I blamed it on hit and run.
About fighting with my sister and breaking a much loved vase of my mother's and then very painstakingly gluing the whole thing back together. Can't believe she never noticed the cracks.
About telling the folks I was going on a weekend religious retreat in high school and instead flying to NY to spend a couple of nights with my college boyfriend. (i'll probably head straight to he1l for that one)
and many more things, but i don't want to bore you any more than I already have
yawn..

Well, last month I told my mom that I got into a couple of fights when I was in middle school. There was no special reason for doing it, I was just recounting old times. The school never told me that they were going to call her and my mom never made any indication that she heard anything from the school, so I had figured I was off the hook. Well, when I told her about those incidents many years later, she said that the school had in fact called her and she never said anything to me about it then. When I asked her why, she said she figured if I got into a fight, I was justified. I'm glad for the vote of confidence, as I actually never *started* any fights, but I still thought it was really weird!
I never told her about that time I sneaked out of the house when I was a teenager. Hopefully she doesn't read Yahoo Answers, right?

Yep, it's not as bad as getting drunk but my friend and I hid the fact that we broke her mom's lamp and glued it back together...we told her about it 9 years later and she never would have known if we hadn't

I am still considered a child but I do tell my parents things that I have gotten away with and oddly enough since I tell them the truth they dont really care.

Yeah, it's kind of neat to tell them and hear their side of the story. Than again, I had some pretty cool parents now that I look back on it.

I've told them a few things, but most of that stuff is better off never to be talked about again...

I've shared a few of the least offensive ones with my folks, but there is still a ton they don't know.

I've told most of it to them. There was some disappointment but they got over it!
