In the last book, more than likely Neville will die because he seems to be a central character, and it has been speculated that it could have been him instead of Harry who was prophesized because of their birthdates. There will be more adventures for Ron, Hermione and Harry that will leave them near death, as usual. There will be much speculation about Snape and whether or not he is on the side of good or evil. Chances are Harry and Malfoy will come to a reckoning and have to work together toward some end, since Malfoy was unable to kill Dumbledore at the request of Voldemort. One of the three main characters may be taken by Voldemort, probably Hermione since she is the most likely to wander about on her own. There was some speculation by readers regarding Harry being a horcrux. But who knows. Everything is open to your imagination.

I LOVE Harry Potter!! Heh, I was actually banned in 5th grade from reading it in class because i did so so much.
I still hate those people. But anyway, If you want good theroies, try listening to Mugglecast. It'a a Harry Potter podcast (you can find it on iTunes or their website in my little sources part) and it's very entertaining.
As for my theroies: I've heard too many to think straight!

Dumbledore is dead, but will somehow communicate with Harry (Sirius' mirrors? Time travel?). We all know that R.A.B. is Regulus Black, Sirius' brother, and that the locket in the OoTP is the horcrux Harry and Dumbledore set out to get. Is Aberforth, Dumbledore's brother a spy for the Order? (The barman at Hog's Head). Were Harry's parents Unspeakables? Never once has their careers been mentioned to Harry. Is Neville the victim of a powerful memory charm, is this why he is so forgetful? Did they not want him to have the knowledge of why his parents were tortured? Snape loved Lily, more of a reason to despise James. Notice that he always degrades Harry's father but never his mother. Being a Death Eater, shouldn't Lily's Muggle ancestry give him just as much of a reason to hate her too? Sirius will reappear, and Harry will discover the secrets of the mysteries beyond the veil. And we all know that Bellatrix will be killed, but who will kill her? Will Scrimgeour side with the Dark Side doing what is "easy" instead of what is "right", as Dumbledore suggests is what will be the main obstacle to defeating Voldemort? Will he get rid of all the muggle-borns in the Ministry claiming that it is for their safety? Will it be the Ministry + the Death Eaters vs. Hogwarts + the Order? Harry will probably be a part-time student, but spending much time away from school. Draco will wish he had never joined up with the Death Eaters. Aunt Petunia will reveal that she has more knowledge of the Wizarding World. Was "that awful boy" indeed James, or was it Snape? James and Lily only started going out in their seventh year. Does the revulsion and anger that Snape expressed as he killed Dumbledore mirror Harry's revulsion and anger at himself as he poured the potion down Dumbledore's throat? Is that what Hagrid overheard? Was this why Snape told Dumbledore he might not want to do it anymore? Were they protecting Draco, and this was necessary for his safety. We know Dumbledore will do anything to protect his students. Did they think that Draco would have told Snape, but Bellatrix's lies and brainwashing thwarted their plan ("you just want the glory for yourself!")? Luna and Neville will prove their undying to Harry once again, and Ron and Hermione will never leave Harry's side. Will Voldemort try to turn one of them against Harry? Ron has been known to be jealous of Harry, does he think that his family or even Hermione might prefer him instead? Lupin's health has been deteriorating, will it hold until the end of book seven? Wormtail will repay Harry in some way in exchange for saving his life. And of course, Voldemort will be defeated by Harry, whether this will claim Harry's life, I cannot say. But let's face it, this whole series would be completely pointless unless Voldemort dies. No one would be satisfied if He ends up ruling the world or something. As long as its not predictable, killing off Voldemort is the only solution to the end of the series. These are my personal opinions. Some I got from a certain website. But IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ SPOILERS I suggest you don't look there, just in case.

My sisters and I are all huge fans, so we share theories and write down our predictions with each other.
If you want to hear some interesting predictions for the last book, there are tons floating about on the web. I usually read mugglenet.com, and there's a writer who goes by the name of redhen who has come up with some fascinating theories on his website.
