click on Format
on the menu click on "background"
select your colour of blue and left-click on it

then click on Format
on the menu click on "Font"
then look at the menu box on the left that says "font colour"
select white

Extra: ! for the "invisible ink" effect, you can write something, then highlight-select the range of writing you want "invisible",
then make it the same colour Font as the background ! When YOU want to read it, highlight-select that area, and change the colour of the Font. ;)

Do you mean BLUE background with WHITE text?

In Microsoft Word, go to Format, then Background.

For the white text, just change the colour of the font.

Click on 'Tools' in the Menu bar (at the top of the screen).

Click on 'Options'.

Move across to the 'General' tab.

Place a tick mark in 'Blue background, white text' by clicking on it.

Click 'OK'.
