Why is it that Hillary Clinton and John Edwards seem to be scheming against other Democratic hopefulls?

Because neither one can stand computation. They are trying to get rid of anyone who can take votes & money from them. I say within the next week they will gang up on Obama.Hillary is teaming up with John because she knows she can beat him.

Wasn't the Green Party excluded from the most recent Presidential debates, let alone all the other parties or independents who were running?
Of course. Those in front want more time, and they want the trailers out of the way. Particularly vexing are those who are far enough behind they have nothing to lose by speaking bluntly and honestly.
It's not a "Clinton" "Edwards" "Democratic" or "Republican" thing. It's about the front-runners trying to keep it that way. Everyone does it, and if Gravel was leading the polls, he'd be agitating for Obama and Edwards to be sent home early.
Do I agree that they should get their wishes? No, but let's not turn a personal axe to grind into some fake crusade against evil incarnate.

Because it's the primaries and every politician involved in this stuff, wants the brass ring.
I don't know of any politician (both sides) in America that wouldn't prostitute their own mother for a chance at the power (and bribe money) you get from being president.

Honestly, I think that they were absolutely right. Except for Obama, none of the others have a chance. So why not make the debates relevant and give the serious candidates more air time by eliminating the competition early on?
