It wouldn't be fair to criticise you purely on the basis of being a ghost/spirit.
Perhaps if you wrote a book about your experiences as a ghost, and it was a badly-written book, I'd criticise you on your writing skills, but otherwise, probably not.

I wouldn't waste my time. I rarely watch TV, save for the occassional news and weather broadcast. Although, I would throw in a few documentaries.
It's likely I wouldn't "criticize" you, but I would hold you to scientific standard of empirical evidence.
