I have a 1993 baja 190 es with a 454 c.i. motor, it also has a mercuriser alpha one I/O. i use it for wake boarding, it presently has a 15 1/2 " Q.S. 3 blade prop , I'm thinking a 4 blade will get it on plane faster only thing is all they are showing that the 4 blades are only 14 1/4 should it make much difference?

It appears when going from 3 to 4 blades you need to reduce your pitch by one inch minimum. Michigan wheel has some techs you can talk to. There are a lot of variables. Hull size. weight.
There seems to be less slippage with the 4 blade. So it bites harder which will lower your rpm's, which will slow you down. Going with less pitch improves power & gets your rpm's up.

When change to a 4 blade you usually keep the same diameter an drop 1 pitch for the 4 blade.Dropping1 " in diameter will make a big difference you will have to go up in pitch 1 maybe 2 deg Contact a prop shop they can get you right on have your max rpm when you call.
