Yes...I look freakishly like my avatar.
Although, one thing about me that startles people is the innocence in my face and huge blue eyes. I wasn't really able to convey that TOO well in my avatar although I think I got the big innocent blue eyes pretty well.

Not really-my hair is darker,my eyes are hazel, not green,but the lips look like mine, and i don't even own a cowboy hat....
