It all depends. How were you caught? Would you be willing to STOP in order to save your marriage?
If your spouse overheard that you cheated, and you want to save your marriage, the only thing you CAN do is go to them and apologize. Don't make excuses for the behavior, and don't EXPECT them to forgive you and keep the marriage. Because really, you wouldn't deserve for them to forgive you and save the marriage. Not being judgmental, just honest.
If you don't want to save your marriage, pack your bags and leave. What other option is there?
If your spouse walked in on you having sex with someone else, there really is no way to save face. Absolutely nothing you can do will ever get that picture out of your spouse's head. The only thing you can do is give it a couple of days, separated from each other, then ask them if they want to save the marriage and work things out. The ball is in their court. After all, YOU were the one who tossed the vows out the window.

I would tell her well what do you expect me to do jack off all the time when you don't want to ahve sex with me anymore and someone else does. That would shut her up, then I would go home and bang her too.

i'm not sure never had to deal with that but i would be shocked i guess and try and make it up to my partner but he proberly never talk to me again so i would just rather not cheat on him
