I see anti-Americanism as a real problem in this world. Here in Canada, there are a lot of anti-Americans here. I may not be an avid reader of the Bible, but I do believe that all the world's people are your brothers and sisters because God is your father, and we must all get along like the brothers and sisters we should be. I have an unpublished novel that deals with how anti-Americanism affects a family, and is a negative impact on people's lives, and the above message is made loud and clear throughout the narrative. That's why the protagonist actually goes to the United States to live, for independent living and a chance at romance... to see anti-Americanism in Canada erradicate. Although signs are evident that this is changing, and Americans and Canadians are starting to get along, I believe we have a lot more work to do before this goal is achieved.

Its illegal to discriminate in jobs, schools which receive federal funding, or housing based on race, creed (political philosophy), religion, gender or what country your family comes from. You can be anti- whomever you want, as long as you at least appear to not be discriminating. A lot of places have the "token Black" and the "token Latino" and some Asians and then brag about their diversity. Just because its illegal, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Rather, discrimination is visible and pervasive.

Blacks, Jews, Gays and Native Americans are most sensitive to perceived discrimination, in my experience. Dark-skinned Latinos are most sensitive to economic disparities but blame them on institutional neglect rather than individual racism.

There's probably the most ill-will towards Mexican- and Central-Americans who don't speak good english, Mormons and Dark-Skinned Arabs and South Asians who wear distinctive clothing and have big beards. Mormons and "illegals" are perceived as cultural and economic threats and "Arabs" are seen as a security threat; of course, people judge who is an arab based on a stereotype so people who fit that stereotype get hassled. Hindu Indians and Sikhs get hassled all the time, even though the 9/11 hijackers were light-skinned Arab muslims who dressed like Westerners and Sikhs and Indians in the US are very law-abiding. Pretty much any dark-skinned Eurasian man with a scruffy beard, pajama-like clothing, and a woman in tow who is wearing a drapey swaths-of-cloth type outfit gets labeled "arab" and gets hassled. Somehow they always get "randomly" checked at the airport, bus stations, sporting events, even the mall.

Poor Blacks and poor Latinos get stereotyped as criminals and are targeted by law enforcement and criminal justice systems, mostly because they lack the political and financial power to fight back.

well there are hate crimes which are federal offenses, and in some states, fall under special circumstances which require more severe sentencing, including the death penalty if the hate crime was murder. Hate crimes concern acts of violence or intimidation against a person because of his race, nationality, religion, gender, physical handicap, or sexual orientation.

What do you mean by Anti-Americanism? Stating one's opinion, even if contrary to prevailing patriotic sentiments, is protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution. Burning the flag is now a federal crime, but it is not a capital offense. Treason is a capital offense, and is punishable by death.

this question lacks coherence, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it form of feels to be accusing people who help Israel of being anti-unlawful immigration; and additionally asserting that helping united states of america of america is a undesirable concern. So the place the hell is this going and on what good judgment is it based? I totally help Israel. They share our democratic equipment, they suspect in national sovereignty and that they don't intefere in different international places different than in line with threats. human beings often help non-aggressive international locations over people who recommend the annihilation of alternative international places (like Iran does). And being an American, i think of "Americanism" is the final. Now on the subject count of unlawful extraterrestrial beings, i'm against that as a results of fact that is not stable for the way forward for our united states. It additionally undermines our national sovereignty and our shape. possibly it truly is why you notice a correlation between a professional-Israel stance and an anti-unlawful stance..... recognize for decency.

There is no law that would prohibit you from being anti-any of the above. You can think whatever you like.

Did you have some kind of physical attack in mind? Or were you refusing to hire someone because they were Mexican, Jewish, or pro-American? It all depends on the action taken.

I suspect the only one of those terms that's likely used in the legal system at all, is probably anti-semitism. You might find terms like racism, treason, or religious intollerance, or "discrimination based on race, religion or national origin" or some other such along those lines that mean about what you probably intend, though.

Under the Law as it stands only crimes committed against Jews and Blacks are generally recognized as hate crimes.

But it's not illegal to be anti-anything, just to have hate for a particular group as the motive for an actual crime.

Theft of property. Humans are not valued in our culture but the wealth that is owned by a person is of greater value. Kill a person and you may have to spend less time in jail versus robbing a bank.
