ok........i need easy fool-proof, clear steps off some1 to tell me how to get a video clip from my digital camera........to my computer (what programs to use).........to myspace.
do i have to put them on youtube or something first???
and if so.....how do i do that???

Step one, you open the manual,
it should have came with your cam,
check the type of memory it uses, and
how it can be connected.
Connect it to your comp, open My Computer and,
double-click on your
memory card.
When you have did that,
open the folders inside, and look
for icons showing a video.
Right-click your video,
and then click cut.
then go to your Desktop,
and right-click an empty space.
Then click paste, and a video should be there...

You would have been supplied with a cd along with the digital camera install the program in the cd first to your pc then after recording the video in camera connect the camera and pc with the cord supplied through usb port. The video file automatically get copied into the pc.
If you like to edit video use movie maker.

connect your camera to your computer using the supplied USB lead, double click on My Computer and locate your camera, double click on that and it should open a window to show the files stored on there, right click on the movie file (it should have an MPeg, Avi or M ov extension) and click on either cut ,copy or move and then open up your My Videos folder (start>MyDocuments>MyVideos) and right click in a blank area and click paste. If you chose move though a window will open to allow you to find the MyVideos folder.
Next go to your MySpace page and you should find an option on there for uploading videos click on it and follow the instructions.
After you moved or copied your video it might be a good idea to find it and right click on the file name and click on rename and give a title that makes it easier for you to remember what it's about, it'll also make it easier for you to locate when uploading it.

download using a card reader or a usb cable into your camera. your computer should detect it as a memory storeage device.
Offering to copy the pictures or video to a folder on your pc, once it is there, do with it as you like
