use a proxy server like vtunnel (www.vtunnel.com) there are many other ones too these will encode the webpage you want to visit almost as if it was a different webpage. go to the website and then type the webpage you want to go to into the text box and hit begin browsing. And BTW if the block that site theres all these listed on this website (www.freeproxies.org)
btw... what is KSA?

I as well as many others may not be familiar with KSA but my quess is that it is a Virtual Private Network and so being is restricting you from downloads that can affect there servers.
