You are correct.
There is the main one at Edxcel: The London International Boat Show, Jan 11-20, 2008. This is the one that used to be at Earls Court up to a few years ago, and moved out to EdXcel to get more space.
And there is an alternative show: At Earls Court in December. However, this one has been announced, but hasn't taken place yet - so it might not happen: http://www.earlscourtboatshow.com/
