because im thinking of buying one and im not sure if it comes with or if you have to buy a external wireless connection adapter

Airport is installed on the Macbook pro, no other external wireless connection is needed

Mine came with the internal wireless connector. I connect wirelessly to the AirPort in the other room that is hooked up to the DSL modem.

In my experience, all Mac current PC's come with Airport Wifi built-in. All laptops, and some desktops also include a great webcam called iSight.
