I don't have a dishwasher so I guess I can only wash dishes the old fashion way...by hand.

I have no mechanical dishwasher. In my house, I am the dishwasher. I do make sure they are clean, by doing it the old fashion way. I do hope, that doesn't disappoint you.

Dishwasher once a week.
It's better for me. Use less water and this way I know that the dishes have been cleaned. They are cleaned in a high temperature environment and I know that there isn't anything left on them.

The dishwasher is more like a dish sanitizer, I do a good rinse then throw them in.
