Yes you can--almost EVERY grocery store will accept WIC. Make sure you choose only the brands on your voucher (you should've been given a pamphlet showing you what is WIC approved). When you check out-put those items on the check out first (separate from your other items) and make sure you tell the cashier that those are WIC items BEFORE they start ringing up your purchase. They must be run though seperately.

Not sure about in WI but in Arkansas you cacn go to any store that accepts WIC no matter where its at as long as it is still in AR. Normally there is a sticker on the front doors here that tells you if the store accepts wic.

Yes you can. And disregard ignorant people who obviously don't realize how much it costs to raise a child. Most people who collect WIC do work.
