Al Qaeda and the IRA?

Just guessing, but use of terrorism is one thing that adherents of those religions have in common...

It'd help to know who 'they' are, but I'm thinking, whoever 'they' are, 'they' probably don't agree with your assessment of 'thier' attitudes towards religion...

Without knowing who "they" are, it's impossible to answer.

But, if I had to guess, I'd say there are people out there who have a problem with fanatics of any religion, and that of the major religions, Catholicism and Islam are among the most likely to have violent fanatics committing crimes in the name of that religion.

They are also two of the strongest enforcers of the conversion doctrine, which says that their members must attempt to convert everyone else to join that faith. And there are people who don't like being told their (different) belief is wrong.

The voices inside your head? Or who is they? From my protestant view Catholics worship other than god like mary and and saints when you should put no one before our lord. Islam is just not a christian religion. Not that we hate or for those that do we are not supose too. We are just supose to witness our religion that we believe is right.
