It all depends on how big your house is, what your preferred ambient temperature is, Who is your electric provider and what is there price per kw/H...
Where in the country you live and what the weather is like for you right now (I'm willing to bet it don't matter where you are, the weather is doing something funky..! so be specific about the temperature and humidity especially)
what the insulation and walls and windows are like in you house and... etc. etc.
Give me those details and I will give you an estimate which will be pretty dead-on.
