when movies say "Based on the True story of..." it usually just means that there was one short part that is true, or, like in horror movies like "The Black Dahlia", it is a movie loosely based on the murder of Elizabeth Short

yes the dead do walk among us, they just vibrate at a different level, thats why we cannt really see them, but it is true
