I need the name of some songs to use in the silent film I am making. Thanks for any help Also if you know any of the pianonst names that played this music that would be very helpful too.

I don't know if this is much help, but I think much of that stuff was improvised.
I saw a silent movie here in Sacramento a few years ago, and they have a giant old theater organ there.
The guy improvised the whole film, and it was just the kind of music they played in the old days.

Your best bet for free music that doesn't contain lyrics is midi. Some midi sequencers, in the hands of the right people, can produce /very/ realistic sounds even with standard instrument libraries; we've come a long way from bloops and bleeps
