I don't know that I would sue him, but I think that he should be charged with endangering the safety of others.
He's a lawyer and he new better.
He risked the lives of everyone he came in contact with on his journey. And what about his wife. Would you really want to be getting married to a sick man who could give it to you?
I think he should have to pay something. I don't know if that means money or time in jail. If I was one of those passengers, I sure would have been ticked off.

I would. The mental anguish of finding out that I may or may not have it from some jerk who thought he'd sneak back in for better treatment (which I might not have access to) can't be measured. I'd want compensation for my troubles, yes.

After further analysis by the CDC it was shown that his case was blown way out of proportion, they will have a weak case.
