I like Buffalo wings.
With tomatoe sauce.

But Buffalo BBQ Ribs are better.

Good grief, where are you from? Buffalo wings are chicken wings with spicy sauce. It is really difficult to find buffalo on menus in mainstream America. A few years ago I was on Catalina Island (off Calif. coast), which is known for buffalo, and not one restaurant had it anymore. The only thing was buffalo milk. You'd probably have to try Wyoming or other Plains states. I got some buffalo burger in a grocery store in MN one time and my husband loved it.

What does buffalo meat and buffalo wings have to do with each other. Have you been going through life thinking that those little wings come off of a big buffalo. Hate to break it to you but those wings come from a Chicken. THe buffalo wings come from Buffalo, NY, originally, so the name. Not from the animal. Can you really imagine that a Buffalo could fly.
As far as Buffalo meat, it is on some menus in the the North American restaurants. It is much softer than the meat from cows, but as we don't really have buffalos grazing here, the meat has to be imported from the southwest, and a lot of people are not accustomed to eating it, so are sort of afraid of trying it. But there are some restaurants that do serve it.
