The event would be very well organized, the vibe would be grounded and powerful with a deep passionate undertone. After a while though, they'd all get bored because even though they'd be very productive, there would be a certain groupthink that disregarded adventure for the sake of itself.

In all seriousness, Caps are very ambitious, and they like to win.
No doubt it would be a black tie affair, and each would show off his superbly polished manners, while jockying for position to be noticed by the boss.

It would be very loud...probably lots of bickering. Most Capricorns I know (myself included) are pretty hard headed and stubborn. We always think we're right.
