I think I know the answer, but would like to hear other's viewpoints. I think the country will be taken over by either insurgents from Syria or Iran, and there will be total chaos with no one operating the oil filelds.

The Oil Companies of the World make some of the BIGGEST profits on the Planet. They CAN (& WILL) find a way to hire the necessary local help in the Region- to protect, draw, produce, & export that Oil out of Iraq. Yeah- they'll find a "way" to make US pay "extra" for it- too. But we're GOING to end up PAYING extra- for ANY solution that results in our pulling out of Iraq. So that excuse- won't "cut it". We got ONTO this "bus" that's rigged to blow up when we got off it...-We can't ride around & around- forever...

I think the deal is. That we train their people to run and operate their equipment and then I think we may leave a few technicians behind to assist them if needed. A wise thought would be. We didnt go through all of this not to have a hand in there oil when all is said and done.
