Its a long a painful process takes time. Relax don't force yourself not to think about them, the more you force the more you will think and the longer it will take. Try exercising it helped me alot because everytime I thought about my ex I jogged. Helps you get over that person and you are also losing weight too.

I spent 4 years trying to get over someone who meant the world to me. Then I realised, after being screwed over by them, that it simply isn't worth chasing someone who doesn't want you. They had got on with their life and so should I. Now I realise life is too short to waste over someone. YOU need to realise this and move on. Start going out and stop comparing with your ex, forget them. YOU need to think about the time you are wasting and convince yourself it is not worth it.

First: Change your ID. That says it all. Give YOURSELF a break and dont give the loser another thought. You should be waaaaaay over an X in much less than a year. Let alone two.
GIVE YOURSELF the luxury of knowing who YOU are, and what YOU deserve.
