Because it involves understanding, perceiving what another human being fickle nature would be and is....What you think will not be the same as what the other one would think....etc etc......so what make sense to you might not be to the person you are in love with....eg you think by saying i love you always is sweet and a term or enderment but to the other it might be annoying and the other might not say this out loud but it reflects in the other attitude towards you...thus love become confusing

All depends on what kind-I love a good steak,corn,and a nice potato. However, throw in a person who loves money more than you, a need for ten pairs of shoes when the one you have fits perfectly,and everyone you know enjoy's you but there is some need to improve what isn't broken, then I guess there is logic in your statement(are you confused?.) I am.
