A good idea for 11 year olds is the making jewelry - you can buy some beads/thread and have them make bracelets, or look up and show them how to make friendship bracelets. That should keep them occupied, along with a fun movie and some popcorn. You could also consider board games, painting nails, or planning a sort of makeover session but in the most kid-friendly of senses: just doing each other's hair or nails.
Hope this helps! (:

You are using a computer to go on this website, so you must have one. show them and let them use it (supervise if you want) for a while. Print out patterns or drawings for them to colour in. Hold competitions, colouring in comp's,, hold your breath the longest, longest silence, etc.... if an adult is around let them help bake somethingm easy like muffins, or biscuits. take them to the library. they can sit on the floor and read books that may not be at home.

You guys could do crafts, like boondoggle, make necklaces or bracelets. Also, you could find a book with sleepover game ideas. I got one of those a while ago, and there was sooo many games in there and they were soo fun!!! American Girl has a good one, I believe. Have fun!!

painting fingernails and toenails? Get supervision and bake cookies??? (always fun) Dress up as old people and go somewhere in public (mall with supervision of course.) Tackle your older sibling who posted this question and play tag? (that's what I would do!)
Best of luck finding something to do!
