here's an example:
you're sitting in a classroom and you're about to take a serious test and you dont know anything. You decide to copy some of the answers off of some kid's paper. You're almost sure that these are correct but you're doubting it. The next day you get your test back and all the answers you got wrong were the ones you copied.

okay, how silly would you feel then? Thats why trust your self because no one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and its okay. Follow your gut, your heart, and your head. YOu wont always be right, but you'll learn to trust your decisions ones the right ones are made. good luck!!

That is a really general question, it might help us to know if there is a specific issue you would like to be able to trust yourself with (money, relationships, avoiding substance abuse????). Whatever the specific issue is that you want to be able to trust yourself with, you just need to build your life around a daily routine that avoids and/or overcomes the situations where you find your trust in yourself is destroyed.
For instance, if you want to avoid committing a given act that you know could or is hurting you, fortunately, there are a bunch of things you can do to build a life that keeps you from doing whatever it is that you want to avoid doing. It will also help you to learn the different ways to trust yourself (build trust in yourself, maintain your trust in yourself, grow in your trust of yourself, etc...) and help you see life in a better more positive way.

Some of these things are:
DAILY AFFIRMATIONS (just for today i am going to..., etc...)
12 STEP PROGRAMS
HAVING A SPONSOR, or having someone to talk to who has gone through and overcome what you are going through.
VISUALIZATION (seeing the life you want to lead and living it)
LIVING A LIFE OF INTEGRITY
(Just enter any of these CAPITALIZED suggestions into Yahoo's search engine)

Well, hope some of these suggestions help. :)
