It hurts all the way into my neck too! Wonder what I have done to it!

Get generic Ultram from your doctor. I have some bad disks in my back and tore my shoulder muscle. Ultram was the only thing that allowed me to have a life when I was first injured and it's not a narcotic so you don't get goofy. Now I rely on hot soaks and Advil. I hope you feel better soon, take care.

Sleep on the floor for the next 3 days.
Take aspirin or Tylenol.
If you are not better in 3 days or pain increases, call your doctor.
I am not a Doctor, but this works for me.

Lay down on something flat and hard. Take some pain meds and go to sleep.

Try stretching and massaging were it hurts, while lying down on the floor.....that usually works for me.
