I work for a home builder and I have to visit Realty offices and present my product. All the builders do this so I want to be sure I stand out and am remembered.

Frequent visits to the realtors and building relationships will get you much more results than any pitch or presentation.

You have to build into this, Visit, buy lunch, bring small gifts at holidays ect....

Make sure you are a regular at several realtors. That is how they remember you.

All presentations mean nothing to us unless the price is reasonable. Couple a reasonable price with a higher commission or bonus, and it won't matter if you wear last year's style of clothing or no clothing at all. We don't want any more spaghetti or high fat meals for lunch. We listen to whatever helps the bottom line.

You stand out for the wrong reasons by spamming in here.

Good flyers or handouts. Brief presentation by power point. Know what you are talking about when asked questions. Bring snacks.
