Although I know very little regarding physics, I feel it could be very useful at this point in my life. Recently someone close to me passed on, but a family member who is physic has had a preminition that the close friend had bought a winning lotto ticket & we need to contact them to let us know where they put it?

Why can't the psychic tell you where the ticket is?? Just don't ask George Bush. A trillion dollar military budget and he can't find bin Laden in 5 years.

You are confusing physics, a branch of science, with psychics, which are unrelated to science in any form. They are unreliable, generally frauds, and outright dangerous. Stay away! But go ahead and have the family look through their possessions for the lottery ticket. If they had one, it shouldn't be hard to find.
