Even though I pride myself as being an excellent speller, there are often times when I'm not sure about a word that is unfamiliar, so yes, I definitely do use my spell checker on occasion.

I can spell excellently well, but I can't type very well at all. I proofread, but the spell checker helps me when I'm not sure.

Spelling is one of my few natural talents.
Bad spelling by others is a HUGE pet peeve for me!
