Nana Kitade's "Kesenai Tsumi" has always been a favorite of mine (from Fullmetal Alchemist). I also really like Younha's "Houki Boshi" from Bleach. Ooh, and UVERworld's "Colors of the Heart" from Blood+. And any and all Orange Range songs. I love me some Orange Range. Not sure if this is from any anime, but I also love Little Non's "Hana Maru Sensation." Oh goodness, it's been a while since I've listened to all my anime songs...
