who should play the role and would it be as good as a spiderman or batman movie?

It's already in the works... Won't be as good as Spiderman or Batman. It's just tough with female superhero movies, and if things go badly, they REALLY go badly- think Catwoman and Elektra.
I've heard Charisma Carpenter wanted the role, but I don't see that working. Rachel Bilson from "The O.C." was also rumored to be the choice.
In my opinion, Hollywood has a real problem None of the current young star actresses (Scarlet Johanssen, Naomi Watts, Keira Knightley, Elisa Cuthbert, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Michelle Trachtenberg etc) seem like a good fit, while Demi Moore, Linda Hamilton, Sharon Stone etc are too old - princess Diana's comic-book age aside.
Angelina Jolie- looks nothing like her. Jennifer Garner has the athleticism but not the look- Hilary Swank, same story. Shannon Elizabeth has potential, but her cheerful goofy smile just doesn't say "Amazon princess".
MAYBE Charlize Theron... or Kate Beckinsale? I really could see her doing the role!!

I grew up idolizing Wonder Woman...it could be as good as those movies. Megan Fox would be perfect for it.
