Honda VFR 400 carburator. Can anyone plz tell me what carb th vfr400 uses, model specifics??

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Nothing for the VFR400 is available in the United States.
Found 2 needle & seats in New Zealand.
If you could contact them somehow, they might be able to get more.

Maybe a regular Honda dealer can order them, now knowing the part #

Welcome to the nightmare. Why don't you try finding a set of diaphragms while you're at it.
I went through the same thing a few years. I ended up making a single carb manifold to get the pos to run.
