this drunk thing is way over the top .if you had 2 beers and you were tired are you drunk or tired
if you have been stressed about being drunk are you drunk or stressed
i just think its a money making gig
most ppl are conscientous of their limit
and sometimes ppl get wrapped up with over zealous cops playing judge and jury

No, it's not. If you'd seen two little sisters being pulled out from under a drunken driver's car, both dead, and their friend losing her legs, you'd know this is a stupid question. People who are giving the answer that it's not OK, are getting thumbs down. Why?

Nope. It is never ok to drive drunk no matter how far you are from your house. It is just and accident waiting to happen and everybody knows it.

It is never safe to drive when you are drunk.. Three blocks is pretty far. Their are a lot of things to crash into.
