As I've been following the "Who's Now" bracket this past month, it has occurred to me that Keyshawn Johnson and Kirk Herbstreit know only of their own sport (football) and nothing else, and that the 30% of the vote they represent has screwed some of the more deserving athletes who have been defeated in the bracket. Does anyone agree with me on these points?

I also agree with everyone who has said that this whole mess is just ESPN desperately looking for filler crap to put in before football season begins. ESPN MNF = mud.

I agree with you, and with the first post.

Keyshawn and Kirk have no idea about any sport besides football, and they shouldn't be given so much weight. Furthermore, this whole thing is a complete waste of Sportscenter time. They've gone away from news to crap like this - this trash belongs on MTV, not ESPN.

I think it's ironic that ESPN asked Keyshawn "give me the damn ball" Johnson to provide perspective and an open mind. Poor choice.

Personally, I think Doug Gottlieb would have been a better choice, Herbstreit's been alright, Wilbon's been the best so far. Wilbon isn't a basketball specialist as much as Keyshawn is a football specialist. Herbstreit's convinced me that he doesn't just watch college football.

I think they should have chosen Wilbon, Gottlieb, and Steve Phillips. Keyshawn just isn't a good fit. i.e. his "analysis" of Danica Patrick [sexual bias] and Reggie Bush [alma mater bias]

i think Sidney Crosby should have beaten DJ, that's my main complaint. Also, poor seeding, matching up New England's Tom Brady and Boston's David Ortiz. That's unfair, switch a darn seed.

The whole thing is pretty dumb. And you will be happy to know that Keyshawn, Wilbon and Herbstreit will be replaced by Mike Greenberg, Jessica Biel and Kevin James in the second round. The latter two of course being from Chuck and Larry.

they did that with Kobe vs Ronaldinho. They didn't Much about Ronaldinho so they voted for Kobe. I think they should just cancel the show if they're go'n 2 do that
